The ACTUAL secret to happiness, most of the time...

Hello - this is a personal post from the inside depths of me. me. me. This doesn't happen so often on my blog anymore. People have taken advantage of who i am and what i offer of myself in the way of communication and honesty and openness. It has made it very difficult for me to 'share' who i am and what i do and what i enjoy. But this is a post i have to write. I want to share with people, with women, what i know about the secret of happiness. Because i feel, right now, at this moment, i know it. i KNOW it. I am a very ordinary person with all the daily worries and anxieties of anybody else. I value the same things and i work toward the same securities. My loved Ones become very ill. My child struggles. My friends need support. My bank balance causes me sleepless nights. Awful negative people invade my time and my privacy. I feel unsafe. I worry for the future... and i wake up every day and think "i am happy" i do not mean deliriously ha...

"I am Ready........"

GB in this year 2012 has been a huge influence of positivity on millions of us. There is something so affirmative about the ACHIEVEMENTs that these people, 'our people' have harnassed... As regular Fishes, many of you already know i am alllll about harnessing the power of positivity. IF you want something it IS within your reach. so, i read a thing the other day about starting your day with "Iam Ready......" and you fill in your blank. "Iam ready to / for / with...." Yesterday was BIG for me as i said to myself: "Iam ready to train, to help my poorly back" (injury!!) And it was huge. I haven't trained properly for so long due to this injury. And i made that the primary focus for my day. Everything else happend around THAT goal and secondary to / in support of that goal. That was the FOCUS of my day. SO much of what i read, feel, believe and work towards does come from the focus and concentration that comes from train...

To be Wild & Perfect for a moment...

Those of you who have dipped into my life over the past YEARS of blogging, will have noticed i have a dark side. Friends and family of mine have long known that i have a WILD streak that needs its outlet... and i don't mean i can finish a whole tub of Ben n Jerrys without a single moment of remorse (but that is also true) My dad would say "She was born angry this One" (i like to think of myself as more 'motivated' than angry) Anyhow... i shall say it out loud: i am becoming a body builder. I have a very healthy obsession with weights - weight training - weight lifting - weight swinging about. I don't even care so much about how it 'looks' on me. Its pure joy.... and i don't know how many people actually 'get that' I want a massive BOOTAY and i do NOT long for long skinny legs. I have had so many conversations with people over exercise and this is what i hear: "oooh you are so good" (meaning its a chore ...
